Charles has over twenty years of experience in the areas of venture capital, corporate development and strategic planning including the successful building of several start-up companies and maintaining leading operational and executive roles. 
Charles has also held positions at major investment banks and has consulted for companies and governmental organizations worldwide in the areas of technology, finance and policy. Charles studied Economics at Temple University, Law at New York Law School and Financial Markets at an executive training program at University of Pennsylvania Wharton School
